Such an amazing experience! Our tour guide Mark had so much knowledge about Tasmania and it’s history and attractions. I would definitely recommend this tour and a special thank you to Mark who made our time in Hobart such an incredible experience!

On-time pick up by Mini Bus and guide Zac was very informative and helpful. Our day ran smoothly. Good to go up top of Kunyani early and we enjoyed great views, and the commentary on the way up and down. Great to take a stop by Cascade Brewery gardens and a quick peak inside the Female Factory included in the tour. The boat to and from MONA, and MONA itself was timely, and taking the 4pm boat back to town gave us enough time at the Museum. (Top Top: Pack a picnic and enjoy it on the grounds of MONA before you go in, (weather permitting) and dump your bag in MONA's free lockers)

Tour guide very informative and helpful. Loved both Mt Wellington and MONA. Well worth the visit. The building alone was worth visiting. So different and unique.

My husband and I visited Hobart for the first time last week. We booked the tour to avoid having to drive on icy roads and were able to just sit back and take in the entire experience. Phil, our tour guide, picked us up from Wrest Pointl with enough time to grab a coffee before joining the rest of our group for the tour. Phil was knowledgable and spoke with a tone and pace that was easy to understand. He spoke the entire drive up and down the mountain and shared information and anecdotes about the local area in the way that a friend or family member living locally would have. We appreciated the small group size and Phil's attempts to ensure everyone felt included. After returning to Hobart, Phil escorted the group to the ticket desk to ensure that we all had our tickets for the return voyage on the ferry and for admission. Such a lovely, personal experience. We highly recommend this tour.

Winding road but well worth the drive as the views up and down the mountain are beautiful. Can stop and walk many trails.

I was really looking forward to seeing the spectacular views from Mt. Wellington. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side. It was raining during the drive up. When we got to the observatory, all we could see was the fog greedily devouring the magnificent views. And the icy chill did not help either. However, we greatly enjoyed our guide’s funny stories. His humour definitely added a lovely warmth to a gloomy day. Hence, it is important to choose a clear and sunny day for a best chance to fully enjoy Mt. Wellington. (Note: I said “best chance” as Mother Nature can be unpredictable especially up in any mountain.) On the other hand, the ferry experience to MONA was a good contrast to the morning tour as the sun finally decided to go out and about. MONA’s interesting architecture makes it worth a visit. I have to admit most of its art installation was not really my cup of tea. However, to anyone who enjoys stunning views and buildings/structures with character, MONA should be on your bucket list whenever you’re in Tasmania.
