Sage Restaurant has gone from strength to strength under new owner Peter Harrington and French-born chef Clement Chauvin whose intricate dishes made with locally sourced produce are described as 'whimsical pieces of art'. Chauvin worked under Gordon Ramsay in London and at Michelin-starred restaurants in France.
